Cole Whetstone

A top 0.1% SAT scorer, Cole earned a spot at Harvard University, where he I completed an undergraduate degree in Classics and Philosophy in 2018, and went on to get an MSt in Ancient Philosophy at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford in 2020, where he specialized in Aristotle’s Logic.

Afterwards, he taught Ancient Greek for Jesus and Harris Manchester Colleges, Oxford, and co-founded Oxford Latinitas, a society of Oxford academics dedicated to reviving Latin and Greek in scholarly use.

Now, with over 10 years of college consulting and SAT tutoring experience, cole wants to use his exceptioal abilities to revolutionaize the tutoring industry forever.

Jayden Johnstone

Having grown up in New York City, Jayden tested into Hunter College High School in seventh-grade, a highly competitive specialized high school known for its academic rigor. He then went on to take the SAT in eleventh grade and earn a top 0.1% score, which, along with his impressive highschool athletic career, granted him a spot at Yale University.

During his years at Yale Jayden began tutoring the SAT to NYC residents, like him, when he realized how little most really knew about studying and prepping for the SAT. A year later, he decided to co-found Grand Slam Tutoring with his close friend, and mentor, Cole Whetstone, to work together to revolutionize the SAT tutoring industry.
